The way you manage your money when you fold, raise, or even call, is one of the most important aspects of poker.
There are various ways how you may use your chips, make the best out of your cards, embarrass or even bluff your opponents:
• If you have a good hand and you're one of the first to bet you can watch what your opponents and then raise the bet to increase the value of the pot.
• If you have a good hand and you're one of the last point you can raise your turn, to further increase the pot.
• If you have a weak hand, you can raise your opponents to think you have a good game, but not to risk too much, you may end up losing everything!

Play only the hands that can win
One of the most common errors that players can make is playing too many hands. If your hand is a weak one, do not stay in the game too long. The sooner you fold the less money you'll lose. Learn how to assess the value of your hand as soon as possible, it is best to fold if your opponent has a better hand than yours.
